EFT Tapping – Emotional Freedom Technique

This technique was founded in the 1990’s by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer who worked for the founder of Thought Field Therapy, Dr. Roger Callahan.  Mr. Craig made improvements to Thought Therapy; he simplified it, and made it easier to feel better quickly.

EFT is based on an ancient Chinese practice of acupressure (you may have heard of Acupuncture).  Acupressure stimulates the body’s natural flow of energy through specific pathways and the Central Nervous System using pressure through tapping instead of tiny needles as used in Acupuncture.

The aim is to remove the disruption in the body’s energy system to allow a healthy response to return, which brings the body back into balance.

Each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
